Can I post an offer without funds in my account?
Funds are not required to post an offer. Money is blocked until a deal with a content creator is concluded as an advance payment; after the deal conditions are met, the payment proceeds. However, to launch a collaboration on the marketplace, you must have a sufficient balance to guarantee payment to the content creator once the terms are fulfilled. If the balance is insufficient, the collaboration will not be launched to avoid the risk of non-payment for the creator’s services.
What monetization methods are available?
On the Monetad marketplace, creators can monetize their content through pay-per-post. This means you receive monetary compensation from the collaborating business for each post or publication.
How long does it take to receive income?
After the task is confirmed, you usually receive payment within 3-7 days.
How to track earnings and statistics?
Earnings and payment statistics are available in the "Wallet" section. You can access it through the button in the bottom menu.
Is there a minimum threshold for withdrawing funds?
Yes, the minimum withdrawal amount is $5. Once your balance reaches this amount, you can request a withdrawal through your account.
How to withdraw funds?
- Reach the minimum withdrawal amount
- Go to "Wallet" -> "New payment"
- Choose your preferred withdrawal method
- Confirm the transaction
What withdrawal methods are available?
Withdrawals can be made to a card or bank account through Stripe, our official payment partner.
What are the withdrawal fees?
Monetad does not charge any fees for withdrawals, but the partner payment system Stripe does charge a fee.
How long does it take to process payments?
Payment processing takes from 3 to 7 days.
Do I need to pay taxes on my income?
Taxation is not within Monetad's responsibilities. Legal registration of your activities and taxation are your responsibility.
What currencies does Monetad support?
Currently, all transactions are conducted in USD (U.S. dollars). The possibility of working with other currencies is under consideration.
Can I withdraw money to PayPal or other e-wallets?
At the moment, withdrawals are only available through Stripe.
Why can't I withdraw 1 dollar?
There is a minimum withdrawal threshold, which is specified in the marketplace terms.
Can I receive payment immediately after publishing content?
No, the business must first confirm the completion of the terms and only then the money will be transferred to you.
